Kale crisps
You can crisp any of our kales! Rip out midribs of larger leaves or leave in if tender and early in the season. Tear leaves into bitesize pieces and rub with oil, salt and any other flavours e.g. cumin seed, paprika, lemon juice, soy sauce…your choice. Spread out on a tray and bake in oven on about 200*C watching like a hawk. My mantra is “I will not burn the kale crisps”. Sometimes need a shuffle around but should only take about 10 mins to get nice and crispy!
